Where Health Meets Aesthetics

Foothills Integrated Health & Aesthetics in Littleton, CO, was founded on a commitment to redefine healthcare through a truly holistic, patient-centered approach.

Foothills Integrated Health Systems was established 16 years ago with a foundation in functional medicine and primary care, focusing on root-cause healing and comprehensive, individualized wellness. Over time, it became a trusted destination for patients seeking deeper, more personalized care.

In February 2024, the practice thoughtfully expanded its services to include advanced aesthetic treatments—bringing medical aesthetics, advanced skincare, and IV therapy, among other offerings, directly into the clinical environment. These services were intentionally designed to complement the existing model of functional medicine, supporting both internal health and external confidence.

This evolution created Foothills Integrated Health & Aesthetics—a unified approach to care where wellness and aesthetics are treated as interconnected parts of whole-person health. Rather than a traditional expansion, it reflects a deliberate progression toward a more complete patient experience.

Meet Our Team

    Rachael Hunt, FNP-C, DNP

    Rachael Hunt is an Army veteran and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, serving the community of Littleton. In addition, she is a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, offering a unique approach to healthcare. Rachael earned her Doctorate of Nursing from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University. A personal journey with Hashimoto's disease and thyroid removal has shaped Rachael's medical philosophy. She believes in the harmonious coexistence of Western and Alternative medicine, a balance that she has found to be instrumental in enhancing overall health. This belief is incorporated into her patient care approach, where she integrates both medical perspectives to craft personalized care plans.

    Heather brings a unique and personalized approach to skincare, drawing on her own experiences with skin health to provide a holistic and empowering transformation.     Anna Benerman, Esthetician

    Anna is a licensed and insured Esthetician, having graduated from the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics in 2024. With more than three years of experience working in hospital settings as a certified Phlebotomist, Ms. Benerman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Anna specializes in providing special event makeup services to a diverse range of clients.

    Kelsi Nash, FNP-C

    Kelsi is a board certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care for all ages and the whole family. She provides care for well child visit, annual physicals, acute illness visits (flu, strep throat, ear infection, etc), well women visit with PAP, and chronic disease management. She is also certified in Eversense continuous glucose monitoring insertion and removal procedures and performs platelet-rich plasma hair regrowth procedures.. She is also a provider for QTC and Optumserve and supports Veterans and Soldiers.

    Jeffery Blustein, Dipl. Ac., LAc

    Jeffery was trained in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the oldest Chinese Medicine School in Colorado. Jeffrey's training also includes therapies such as moxibustion, acupressure, tuina, cupping, auriculotherapy, electrical stimulation, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations. He treats a wide range of disorders with an emphasis on chronic and acute musculo-skeletal pain and injuries including sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, back pain, and sports injuries. Jeff is also well trained in internal medicine diseases, such as gynecological problems, PMS, menopause, stress, hypertension, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, and many other imbalances. Jeff also provides acupuncture services for the Veterans Administration.

    With a Master’s in Public Health and a background in executive leadership and coaching, Mandy brings a wealth of experience to her role. She’s passionate about whole-person care and loves being part of a collaborative, compassionate team dedicated to helping patients thrive.
